Our History
Founded by Salvatore Ventimiglia, Solé Construction Partners is built on the understanding that enduring relationships—with clients, employees, field workers, inspectors, engineers, and industry partners—are the cornerstone of business growth. We view every decision through our customers’ lenses, ensuring our success becomes theirs. This partnership approach, combined with hard work and innovation, has created our lasting legacy, inspired by Sal’s father, who demonstrated these values after immigrating to the United States from Italy.
After relocating to Florida, Sal discovered his passion for construction while serving as a Construction Manager for one of the nation’s largest home builders. During his seven-year tenure, he developed expertise across multiple disciplines—from purchasing and estimating to construction defect claims and warranty management. In this role, he truly understood the power of relationship-building in construction.
Together with his sister Francesca, they transformed a local construction business into a strategic enterprise. Solé Construction Partners doesn’t just build structures; we engineer solutions that anticipate the ever-changing environment.
