Michael Goodall
Director of Human Resources
Michael Goodall is the Director of Human Resources at Solé Construction Partners, with over 15 years of HR experience focused on simplicity and effectiveness. A combat veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom, he served 12 years in the United States Air Force, bringing a disciplined approach to leadership and team building. Previously, he held HR leadership roles at Computer Generated Solutions and Castwell Products, where he gained expertise in workforce management, risk mitigation, and organizational development.
Michael holds a BS in Human Resources Management and Development from Southwestern College. He combines strategic HR management with practical employee relations and compliance solutions, delivering clear results for the organization and its people.
