Fran Ventimiglia is Vice President and part-owner at Solé Construction Partners, where she has provided over 13 years of leadership since the company’s start. Beginning in accounting and finance, Fran was key in building the operational structure that supports Solé’s growth. She holds bachelor’s degrees in psychology from the University of Florida and dietetics and clinical nutrition services from Florida International University, bringing a different perspective to construction management and team interaction.

In addition to her financial background, Fran has been instrumental in improving the company’s efficiency. She oversaw the creation of custom software systems that automated manual tasks across departments, improving accuracy and streamlining processes.
