Justin L. Riffer
Director of Business Development
Justin Riffer is a seasoned professional with lifelong experience in residential construction. Since joining the organization in 2012, he has steadily advanced to Vice President of Business Management, overseeing strategic planning, special project execution, and operational excellence.
Born into a family of craftsmen, Justin began learning the trade at just eight years old, working alongside his father, a skilled block mason. This early immersion in the industry instilled a deep understanding of construction principles and a passion for building that has guided his career.
Justin’s degree in Building Construction Management complements his hands-on expertise with a solid academic foundation in modern construction practices. As a licensed Florida Certified General Contractor, he brings a comprehensive understanding of state regulations, safety standards, and innovative building techniques to every project.
Known for his leadership, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence, Justin plays a vital role in the organization’s continued success, ensuring the delivery of high-quality results that exceed client expectations.
