Thomas J. Tuozzolo, P.E.
Chief Executive Officer
Tom J. Tuozzolo was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Solé Construction Partners in 2024, bringing with him over 35 years of experience in the construction and engineering industries. Prior to this role, he served as President of Keller Industrial and Moretrench, where he managed multiple operating divisions and regional offices, driving company growth across North America.
Tom holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and completed the Executive Leadership Management Program at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. A licensed professional engineer, he is actively involved in various industry boards that promote advancements in the construction sector. As CEO, Tom is committed to building on the founder’s legacy and ensuring continued growth and innovation within the company.
