Niki Helton, MBA, CPA
Chief Financial Officer
Niki Helton is the Chief Financial Officer of Solé Construction Partners, bringing over 25 years of experience in accounting and finance. Previously, she spent 14 years in leadership roles at FieldCore (formerly Granite Services), a GE company, where she developed the financial infrastructure for global operations. As VP of Finance and Controller at Psychological Assessment Resources, she led financial transformations that improved efficiency and compliance.
Niki holds a BS in Accounting, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Tampa, and a Master of Science in Management Information Systems from the University of South Florida. As a Florida-licensed CPA, she is focused on leveraging technology to optimize financial performance and drive sustainable growth for Solé Construction Partners.
