1. Program Name

Sole Construction Partners Job Application SMS Program (the “Program”)

2. Program Description

Sole Construction Partners, LLC (“Sole,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Program on behalf of itself and its affiliated operating companies:

• Leola Construction, L.L.C.
• Leola Construction TX, LLC
• United Drywall & Contracting, LLC
• Shell Force Construction, L.L.C.
• Dueall Construction, L.L.C.
• JB&B Drywall LLC

Sole sends informational text messages to job candidates who have applied to an open position with Sole or one of its affiliates and opted in to receiving text messages about their existing application or job interview. Candidates opt in to text messaging during the job application process. This is a job application use case.

Messages may include application status updates, interview invitations and scheduling, reminders, and other information directly related to the candidate’s application. We do not send marketing or promotional messages through the Program.

3. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier’s plan. Sole is not responsible for any charges incurred from your mobile carrier as a result of receiving SMS/text messages.

4. Message Frequency

Message frequency will vary depending on your application status and the hiring process. You may receive multiple messages during the course of your application and interview process.

5. Opt-In and Opt-Out

Opt-In: You opt in to receive text messages by checking the box that states: “I consent to be contacted over SMS/Text for this job. By providing your phone number, you agree to receive informational text messages. Message frequency will vary. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel.”

Consent Is Optional: Consenting to text messages is not required to apply for a position or to be considered for employment.

Opt-Out: You may opt out of receiving messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. For assistance, reply HELP.

6. Privacy and Data Use

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy at soleconstructionpartners.com/sms-privacy-policy for details on how your information is collected, used, and protected. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

7. Message Flow

Candidates find an open position on soleconstructionpartners.com or on another job posting published by or on behalf of Sole or its affiliates.

Candidates apply through our online application form, hosted by our applicant tracking system, Lever.

The application form includes an optional checkbox with the opt-in language shown in Section 5. The candidate may check the box to opt in or leave it unchecked to opt out.

Only candidates who check the box and provide a mobile phone number receive text messages through the Program. Candidates who do not opt in will not receive text messages.

9. Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted at this page and will be effective immediately upon posting.
