This Privacy Policy applies only to the Program. It does not describe every way we handle information submitted with a job application.

• Application Information: The position(s) you applied for and the status of your application, as needed to send you relevant messages. 

• Messaging Consent Data: Your consent to receive SMS/text messages, including the date and time you provided it. 

• Message Records: Messages we send you and your replies, including STOP and HELP requests.

3. How We Use Your Information 

• To send you SMS/text messages about your job application status, interview invitations, reminders, and other information directly related to your application. 

• To honor opt-out and help requests and to keep records of your messaging consent. 

• To manage and improve our recruitment process. 

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure 

• We do not share, sell, or rent your personal information or messaging consent data with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. 

• We may share your information with the affiliated company to whose position you applied, as needed to process your application. 

• We may share your information with service providers that operate our applicant tracking and text messaging systems on our behalf, solely to deliver the Program. These providers may not use your information for their own marketing or promotional purposes. 

• We may share your information as required by law or to comply with legal processes. 

• All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won’t be shared with any third parties.

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. 

6. Data Retention 

We keep messaging consent and message records for as long as needed to operate the Program and meet our legal and recordkeeping obligations. 

7. Your Choices 

• You may opt out of receiving SMS/text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one final message confirming your opt-out. 

• For assistance, reply HELP to any message or contact us using the information below. 

• Opting out of text messages does not withdraw your application or affect your candidacy. We will continue to contact you about your application by other means, such as email or phone. 

8. Changes to This Policy 

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted at this page and will be effective immediately upon posting.
